Nothing happening? Download it manually.
You will see "Windows protected your PC" from Microsoft Defender SmartScreen. Click More info, then Run anyway.
It appears because the installer is not code-signed yet, not because anything is wrong with it. A signing certificate is in progress. Until then, you can verify for yourself: the app is open source and every release is built from the public repository.
Transcription runs on its own. The AI summaries need a Claude connection — this is the one thing to set up, and it takes about two minutes.
It installs for your user only, so no admin password is needed. The interface opens in your browser at localhost:5555 — everything runs on your own machine.
Already paying for Claude? Install
Claude Code, run claude once in a terminal to sign in, and restart
the app. No extra cost on top of your plan.
Prefer not to install a CLI? Open Settings in the app
and paste an
Anthropic API key. No CLI, no subscription, a few cents per meeting.
Teams, Zoom, Meet, Webex, or a phone call on speaker. Nothing joins the call and nobody sees a recorder. Transcription appears on the left within seconds; the first structured summary lands on the right after about a minute.
The app now tells you exactly why, right in that panel, with the fix. In nearly every case it is Claude Code not being signed in — run claude once in a terminal, or switch to an API key in Settings.
Still stuck? Email nicolas@meeting-ai-analyser.com and tell me what the panel says. I answer every message personally.
