Overview

Meeting AI Analyser is a desktop application that runs entirely on your computer. Your privacy is central to how the software is designed.

Audio Data

All audio capture and transcription happens locally on your machine using Whisper. No audio data is ever transmitted to any server. Audio is processed in real-time in memory and is not stored permanently.

Text Transcription

The text transcript generated by Whisper is sent to Claude AI (via Claude CLI running on your machine) for analysis. This means the text content of your meetings is processed by Anthropic's Claude API under their privacy policy. No audio is sent, only the text transcript.

Website Analytics

This website uses Umami, a privacy-focused analytics tool. It collects anonymous page view data with no cookies and no personal information.

Data We Collect

The application itself collects no data. We have no accounts, no telemetry, no usage tracking. The software is open source and can be audited on GitHub.

Third-Party Services

• Anthropic (Claude AI): Text transcripts are sent to Claude for analysis. See Anthropic's privacy policy.
