By downloading or using Meeting AI Analyser, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the software.

License

Meeting AI Analyser is open-source software distributed under the terms of its GitHub repository license. You are free to use, modify, and distribute the software in accordance with that license.

Description of the Software

Meeting AI Analyser is a desktop application for Windows that captures audio from your system and microphone, transcribes it locally using Whisper, and sends the text transcript to Claude AI for analysis. The software is provided as a standalone executable.

Requirements

The software requires Claude Desktop (free) to be installed for the AI analysis feature to work. Claude Desktop is a separate product by Anthropic and subject to its own terms of service.

No Warranty

The software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. The author is not responsible for any damages or losses arising from the use of this software.

User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the software complies with applicable laws, including but not limited to recording consent laws in your jurisdiction. Some jurisdictions require all parties to consent to being recorded.

Third-Party Services

The software interacts with Anthropic's Claude AI service. Your use of Claude is subject to Anthropic's terms of service.

Changes

These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the software after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
